Offering an array of high-end services, including precision hair styling, indulgent manicures, revitalizing facials, and flawless lash extensions, Inspire at the Grainery sets a new standard for personalized self-care.

Designed to be a sanctuary of sophistication and tranquility, Inspire at the Grainery combines cutting-edge techniques with an atmosphere of refined elegance. Each service is delivered by highly skilled professionals dedicated to creating an experience that is as rejuvenating as it is transformative. Inspire at the Grainery is for the person searching for the ultimate indulgence.

The Scope

Inspire at the Grainery needed a brand presence that matched the high level of luxury and professionalism reflected in their daily operations. Their existing client touchpoints, business cards, service brochures, and most importantly, their website, fell short of conveying the exceptional experience they deliver. The goal was clear: align every brand element with the premium service their clients have come to expect.

The Challenge

The main problem with Inspire at the Grainery was eluding the luxury experience they offer throughout their entire client onboarding experience. To accomplish this we had to really focus on what makes their brand special and what the process is like for a client considering going to Inspire at the Grainery. We noted that the main touchpoints weren’t eluding to the high quality experience they provide. So Split14 thought… what makes something feel luxurious while staying unique?

The Brochure

Designing a brochure to showcase their comprehensive range of services was of the utmost importance. Inspire at the Grainery offered a full, comprehensive menu of services to their clients, so many in fact, that the way they presented these offerings was overwhelming. The objective was to capture the essence of the Inspire experience, as well as reflect the elegance and atmosphere of their stunning brick building, all while making the information as easy as possible for future clientele to comprehend.

The Website

The most critical part of this project was creating the website. The existing website didn’t do justice to the Inspire at the Grainery experience with hard-to-comprehend service menus, an external booking feature that left clients feeling lost and disconnected, and lacked personality and branding. Our main goal was to build a website that told the complete story for incoming clients to explore.

When it comes to a significant aesthetic change, trust begins with knowing who you’re placing that trust in. With this in mind, we dedicate an entire page to the establishment’s story, highlighting not only the founder but also the long history of the building, and of course, the brand’s goals.

To further build client trust, we prioritized showcasing the Inspire team throughout the site. Each stylist was given the opportunity to share their work through a dedicated team page, offering a glimpse into their unique personality and portfolio.

For ease of use, we developed a clear, easy-to-navigate service page featuring the full menu with detailed descriptions and pricing. Finally, to tie this experience with a bow, we embedded the booking feature directly on this site, so the client no longer had to navigate away to schedule and book an appointment.

Our Conclusions

Having the opportunity to shape every client touchpoint for Inspire at the Grainery, allowed us to craft a truly seamless and elevated brand message from start to finish. From digital interactions to in-person experiences, we focused on creating a cohesive journey that reflects Inspire’s refined identity while fostering trust and streamlined use.

Our approach was highly intentional; we moved thoughtfully and purposefully through each individual element, from service menus and signage to online booking and social media presence. By diving deep into both the aesthetics and the actual client inquiry process, we ensured that every step felt intuitive, elevated, and unmistakably on-brand.

The result? A redefined identity that not only looks polished and professional but also reinforces credibility and makes it easier than ever for clients to engage, inquire, and book, no matter how they connect.
